I have always had major issues getting an actual agent on the line. Most of the time when I am calling customer service it is because the issue cannot be addressed it through the automated system yet Verizon goes through major extremes to keep you from actually talking to somebody. I am so sick and tired of money hungry corporations who are too cheap to hire customer service reps to deal with the problems their customers are having.
