Customer service here at Verizon has to be the worst. I haven't been a customer for 2 weeks and it's been extremely horrible. I placed an order on 12/15/2023 that evening I received an email that the order was on hold. I called on 12/16/2023 asking what the hold was and every agent I spoke with gave me different excuse and told me that it was just pending. I still received a tracking number from UPS and I thought everything was ok. On 12/19/2023 the order was out for delivery and then according to UPS, Verizon requested the item to be returned to the shipper. I called Verizon and that's when I was told that I needed to speak with the fraud department. I spoke with the fraud department and sent the documents they asked for and they approved the order. I was transferred more than 25 times on 12/19/2023 trying to get this corrected, with UPS after my order was approved . I even had a supervisor by the name of Mena tell me I better choose my words carefully because she could get me blacklisted and then she hung up on me. Nobody has given me correct information. Instead I get different answers each time I spoke with a different agent. Some agents saying they can find the order and some agents saying they can't. I was on the phone more than 8 hours and more than 2 hours on social media and kept getting lied to and the run around. My other 5g home Internet is with T-Mobile and I was going to cancel after being with them for years, but if this is how customer service is at Verizon I might as well cancel. Before my 30 days are up.
