Had a promiseto reduce my bill back in feb still waiting for verizon to act on its promise. Ive called many times had the promise confirmed, refrence numbers given told to wait 3 days or until x date and nothing ever happens only to have to call back and waste 2 hours trying to catch the next agent up on whats happened. This is absurd! Ive been with verizon for 7 years fix this verizon. I cant even complain properly because the techs dont update anything!

The lackluster support responses are truly aggravating.
"BUT WHO CAN I REACH OUT TO THEN?" Oh maybe your local Verizon store.
OK, then they call the same internal numbers only to be given the same responses. The cycle continues!
