Verizon is delaying text messages that are alerts coming from a Liberty Safelert sensor placed in their safe. The customers use this as an extra layer of protection so they are alerted if someone is getting into their safe without their knowledge. However, Verizon is delaying the message for 12-24 hours which makes the alert useless to the customers.
Verizon's answer to this is to tell our customers to contact customer service one by one and have this resolved. However, this is thousands of customers and we just need a way to have Verizon let these messages through. Does anyone have a suggestion on who to contact in Verizon and how to contact them to get this resolved because we have several thousand customers getting increasing upset with Verizon.
