I've tried customer service, working with them for over an hour without any luck but that's not a surprise since it's all Verizon customers that have a problem here. It's not just me and my phone.
It's looking like I'll need to switch to ATT which tests at 150Mbps here. Verizon tested at 56kbps. See for yourself. Verizons own speed test page wouldn't even load.
