Verizon lost our phones and we are being charged

We traded in our phones IN STORE and they lost them so we get no trade in value. Found out it’s a “victra” store. Nobody is helping us. I’ve spent hours on the phone. @verizon customer service is a mess. The store manager is never at the store and will not call or email me. They are not trying to solve this and it’s really frustrating
anyone have an idea on how to solve this?
