I ordered a phone to be delivered. I entered my address correctly, I have the confirmation email showing the correct address. Verizon entered it wrong with UPS. Now UPS needs an address update but because of the restrictions Verizon put on the package, I can’t update the address, Verizon has to do it. Getting a hold of someone who can help me is a nightmare.

I am going through this same dilemma currently, I order for a new device, provided my correct and complete information. Verizon somehow managed to mess up my address, RD wasn't included in the address provided to Ups now my device is been returned to sender with no way to go around it. I have called countless times I keep getting transferred even though this was completely not my fault.
