When our business, which is not a Verizon customer, calls a Verizon Wireless subscriber, Verizon Wireless does not display our CNAM id and instead simply displays our phone number.
The subscriber does not recognize the number, assumes it is spam, and ignores it.
Other providers display our CNAM id. Optimum displays it. Xfinity displays it. But not Verizon Wireless.
Why not? What is the problem? Why can't Verizon Wireless display our CNAM id?

I regret to hear that you are having issues with our customers showing your CNAM ID, I see how a lot of business can be lost by the customer's ignoring your call because of not recognizing it. It would be necessary to actually troubleshoot our lines to see the situation that is happening with your transmission. If it is possible, please ask one the customers that you know is having the problems to contact us for assistance.
