Verizon overbilling

It's disappointing to be given a discount and then have it taken away before it expires because of a Verizon error.  What makes it worse is not fewer than 5 agents validated that it would be manually reinstated, but it ultimately was not and won't be.

I wouldn't want to lose my discount either. Saving each month is a big deal. We're always glad to help with any issues. What was this discount that was removed? What error happened to see it removed?
