Verizon really need update their customer service

Hi eveyone, I start trying to solve my problem few hours ago. First wait online for an hour for a live agent, and then use another hour trying to solve the problem. 

When I almost worked, it disconnect.


don't provide me an option to reconnect. 


try to wait another agent for hours, scusse connect, dis connect after 10 mins again 

super super bad experience
