bought a phone about a year ago. Got insurance on it. Told it was full coverage. Lost my phone, made a claim on it. I call asurion and apparently "my insurance was cancelled" I never canceled my insurance. Why would I? It's really pathetic that companies worth billions try to scam the average person out of a 1,000 dollars. I bought that phone to keep for a long time (I'm broke but can afford a nice phone if it last me).
Also, how do I stop the payments for that device?
