Verizon signal booster and non Verizon fiber optic

We have a Verizon Samsung signal booster that enables cell phone usage in a remote area. Our local internet provider is switching to a fiber optic  system. Will the booster work with fiber optic? Thanks for any info

If it is a 4G LTE Network Extender, it requires a broadband internet connection, not satellite and not fiber optic as far as I know.
