Verizon still owes me promised final bill payment to Sprint

I recently switched from Sprint to Verizon. Verizon had a program to trade in your old iphone and get a new iphone with Verizon. I read all the rules and followed all the instructions yet here I am 3 months later and sprint keeps calling me because Verizon has not held up their end of the deal and paid the final bill with Sprint.

I mailed in my old phone and uploaded all of the documentation requested by Verizon. Yet, here I am today stuck with a $412.00 bill from Sprint. Verizon claims they never got my documentation and so I resubmitted everything and now they say I am over the 60 day period. And there is no one to discuss this with. I can only get prerecorded messages from the phone numbers they give me. And when I get on the chat they tell me that they cannot help me and that I have to call a number that is just a prerecorded message. I am so frustrated.

You misunderstood the switch promotion. You the customer have to pay the old carrier the ETF amount. Then you the customer has to submit to Verizon Wireless a copy of the final bill and the other paperwork to fulfill the requirements for Verizon Wireless to process the switch and send you the prepaid gift card with the amount you paid for the ETF as a REIMBURSEMENT.

Yes - I have now paid the old carrier! I held up my end of the deal and now Verizon has not held up to their end! I submitted all of the paperwork as requested. Apparently, they claim they did not receive it after I contacted them regarding not getting the money for the sprint final bill and was told to resubmit everything and now verizon is claiming that I submitted everything too late. And there is no support to call. Chat just tells me to call the number of a prerecorded message. Very unsatisfied!!

I had this current issue with them! I already switch and I regret I should keep my old carrier
