I traded in my old phone for a new one and the sales representative told me I would owe nothing. Now I'm being charged for the new phone, and Verizon has stolen my $800 old phone and refuses to do anything about it because "the incorrect promotion was applied and now there's no promotion that applies". They need to credit me $800 or they need to send me my old phone back. This is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating.
