So we did trade in and supposed to get 300$ credit for IPhone 6s Plus, one week later I'm getting email we will only get 42$ no explanation, why. I called trade in department multiple times and I can't get an answer. Complaint has been filed with BBB.
New iphone coming out next tuesday, they must have info on the new phones so the values of the old phones get hit pretty bad, unless they are going to run a promo on trade in values.
