Verizon will lose a customer over their synchrony vise

Synchrony shows reward dollars earned but Verizon has $0 dollars earned. This is far from a new problem and it seems deception is at play. Both parties pretent they don't know this happens and just give you the run around.

I have the same problem, starting in September 2023. Synchrony shows rewards earned, but they are not showing up in Verizon app or web site so not available to use. No help from Synchrony or Verizon, both clueless. Was this issue ever resolved?
