First of all shame on whomever did in charge of Boston or Braintree vericon . We have been customers for 29 years and no we can’t to auto pay they cheesy salesman at Braintree vericon wireless sold my 18 year old daughter a hotspot and she doesn’tevne need but they won’t take it back . She thought it was free. They are rude and they don’t care anymore . I have been a faithful fios customer auto pay and I find out they are charging me 25 plus 7.99 plus 19’99 for the last 6 months now I should have looked at bill but I trusted them and it never changed because they had been doing it for so long . We currently get max already through Verizon. Bit apparently they don’t talk to each other but they claim they do . I am here tonite trying to pay my bill on a debit card I was told to by and pay bill because they took autopay away bra cause we were late three months in29 years. So now I’m paying 425 a month 3 perks 4 lines and they keep pushing for the highest line. I would I’ve to know who is the persons that had the courage to speak to me. My husband had almost a heart attack as a fios guy but he didn’t go to hospital he came back with truck because he was loyal. Now he works for granite communications and is so much happier. I’m actually sick thinking of how they treat people and then they send u text and conveniently it can’t be found. If anyone knows anyone I can talk to or a good number I am so leaving as alone as I can get my kids to get their phones to me . They were great for years but now they are terrible. Have not met a good customer service person in two years . Except the one they told me to get this debit card I thought he was honest but he didn’t know what he was talking about
