Verizon wireless outage

How do I report a tower outage? Service has been out near the intersection of Custer and Hedgcoxe in Plano, Texas for over a week. There are zero bars for a 4 square block area   I can’t find anything online where to report the outage.

Calling Customer Services at 800-922-0204 generally can check for outages but if not a big one then it might not be on their radar.  For Verizon outages, I monitor the public site

where you can post your outage as well.
