For November and December I claimed the $3 gift card to select participating businesses and I tried to use them just now. What I get is an error along the lines of "sorry, reward redemption is not working at this time, please try again in 30 minutes."
Well no matter what I do, reinstall app, go back and try to use reward again, etc, it states that I've already used this code and cannot do so again. I have no emails and no rewards so the cards were not claimed yet the program thinks I did.
Please help. I have lost these 2 and have a few others in my queue that I do not want to lose as well....
