I recently traded in my iPhone X for an iPhone 14 with a trade-in value of $200. The Verizon employee at the Verizon store told me that the $200 will be credited back to my account so I went ahead with the process. A few weeks later I see a credit value of $5.55 so I called customer service and guess what?! A Verizon representative told me that the $200 trade-in value will be credited within the span of 36 months, which is $5.55/month!?!?!?!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS VERIZON!!!!!!!!
