Very disappointing customer service.

After over 10 years of being a loyal customer I am highly frustrated by the lack of customer service I have received when trying to find an acceptable deal on a new phone. I could switch to a competitor and have a cheaper bill and free phones and have tried calling to discuss what my options might be. When I asked why you wouldn't try to retain a loyal customer but you will give deals to people you have no business relationship with I had an associate tell me that is not how marketing works and condescendingly explain marketing. I guess I will have to switch, which is a shame.
