When you are browsing your messages and then listen to them within the Visual Voice Mail application, are you using only data or are you using airtime (minutes) as well?

That is absolutely correct. The data is charged during initial download of the application and no further data charges incur. Hope this helps.

Customers do not incur MB or airtime charges when using Visual Voice Mail. The only charge you will incur is using air time minutes when you call to listen to your voicemail. Hope this helps

Thanks for the quick reply. Just so I am clear the "call to listen to your voicemail" is the regular *86 call, NOT listening to your voicemail message within Visual Voice Mail - correct?

Just to confirm then, Visual Voicemail incurs data charges for the initial application download, $2.99 per month thereafter, and there are NO other data charges associated with it?
