I have a Samsung Galaxy s21 with basic visual voicemail.
In the last two months, I no longer have been receiving notifications for voicemails. When I view my visual voicemail, it only shows me my old messages from before this issue began. When I dial *86, I can retrieve my messages, but I'm still not getting notifications that someone leaves a message.
Ideally, I would love to utilize my visual voicemail, will gladly delete the visual voicemail if it meant getting a notification.

jpickering, it's important for the Voicemail system to notify you of new messages to ensure that nothing is missed. We are here to work toward a resolution. How are other services working, such as cellular data? Is the software up to date in the settings of the phone? Is the Voicemail app up to date?
