Brief history, Left Verizon about 4 weeks ago ported out to Straight Talk for their International plan, after 3 days and over 14 hours of being on both phone and chat with them trying to get everything working, in frustration ported out to Consumer Cellular, all went fine but AT&T is no coverage where I live. So back Home to Verizon. Going on 5 days now, for 3 business days my line had problems being ported in, my wife's line was done 1st day with all working great. Been on phone and chat with techs agents and supervisors all on trying to get my voicemail working. *73 no go, restart phone no go, they even reactivated the line .. no go. When I call voicemail, I enter my password, works fine then I get the not available message. Was told by last tech to let the phone sit for 24 hours to "finish porting in" It's been more the 48 hours now and still I don't have voicemail. Now I'm grasping at straws, is there anyone who can suggest what might be wrong? Thanks for any help you an send my way. My phone is a Moto G Power 2020 edition, running Android 11, 4G LTE does not have 5G but worked fine with the same SIM on Verizon 4 weeks ago to include voicemail.
