I'd be better off at Cricket or Metro PCS. That's sad! Worst customer service!!!! WORST! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR NEW SERVICE, I WOULDN'T USE VERIZON. I'M CANCELLING MY SERVICE AFTER 6 WEEKS. THE REP I CHATTED WITH DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE A BIT....HMMMMM!!
