As a paying customer, I would like to be able to talk to someone face to face. My phone is not working properly. I was able to chat with someone via computer, however he continued to say 'just one second' and take a very long time to get back with me. And he never answered my questions. Eventually, he just didn't return to the conversation. Do you want more customers? Transparency and honesty... build trust. And face to face connections with people build friendships.
