Weak signal in Marlborough, Massachusetts (01752)

Just moved to Marlborough, MA (01752 zip code).  No LTE connection at all only 3G.  Home is at the top of a hill, nothing blocking signals (like trees, large buildings, etc.).Verizon wireless signal is terrible.  Does anyone else live in this area?  How do we escalate to get Verizon's attention?  Has anyone solved this?  Neighbors say it's been this way for over 2 years.  This is unacceptable for such a large population and for the expensive service plan which is no almost useless because there is no LTE connection.

Have you checked the coverage map on the Verizon website or even what Sensorly or Open Signal have mapped with their user contribution maps?

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Verizon's coverage map shows the area should have complete LTE coverage.  Sensorly had no data for the area but Open Signal's user data points confirms the terrible signal in a broad geography swath covering most of Marlborough.  So Verizon's claims are wrong, while customers are paying money for a promised signal which Verizon doesn't deliver. Does anyone from Verizon see these posts?  Does the Massachusetts DPU scope include mobile or just landline?

Parthos,

We understand how important it is to have great service. We're here to help. Does this happen everywhere? Is it any better outdoors?
