In April 2023 I had a phone conversation with Verizon about possibly changing my call/data plan. I ultimately told the rep that I didn't want to make any changes. Following month, it has changed. Called Verizon and let them know I didn't approve this, and they gave me a credit and told me that I had been changed back to the original plan. Ever since that time, I am on the plan I didn't approve. I can't get anyone to address this via the phone or chat. When I bring the subject up I either am hung up on, or the chat is disconnected. This month, I see that I'm still on that plan, but additionally, my son's line is on another totally different plan that I also didn't agree to. So now, my husband and daughter's lines have our original plan, I have the one from April, and my son's line has a 3rd one that neither my husband nor myself authorized. I don't have endless time to keep calling and using chat over and over. The one week I logged over 30 hours totalled up trying to use the chat for help with this. I didn't keep track of the time for actual calls. If we didn't still owe for my husband's phone I would just drop Verizon, and of course, once that phone is paid off, I plan to. Immediately. Anyone else have changes made they never authorized? I am sure that if Verizon responds to this, I will be told to call them, and I'm just done with that. Just really wondering if I am the only one in this position.
