No one knows who you are or what phone you bought. This isn't customer service is a customer to customer forum. And even if it was customer service they would have no idea who you are to tell you. Log into My Verizon and you should be able to get the info
Log into your my Verizon and check out your digital receipts or call care to see when your DPP started.
