When does Billing Period/cycle begins?

Hi Verizon Community!

I'm porting from another wireless provider, I am wondering if my billing cycle begins the date I ordered my phones, the date I receive the phones or do I have to call Verizon  to activate the phones and then will my cycle begin the date I call?  What are the Verizon's billing cycle dates?

Your billing cycle is determined by the computer when you port in. Onces your acocunt is created Verizon can tell you. If you are going in though the store  (direct) or telesales you can request what date your cycle ends. Your bill will always be do about 5 days before your cycle ends.
