I would assume they would include but are not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, etc...
Searching in an app store for any of those would also include similar apps which would also likely be included in such a list.

What is etc...? Are we talking common business apps used for team interaction how far does this go? Is YouTube under videos? Or social apps? If you are breaking it down you should be more clear on what is making the percentage
