I have Verizon Prepaid and am wondering why new customers get more data than existing customers. I currently get 5gb each month while new customers get 15gb a month for the same start out price.

When you're logged into your account, does it have the option to upgrade your plan? If not, call Prepaid CS at 888-294-6804 and have your plan changed to the current 15 gig plan.
Then switch to a current prepaid or postpaid plan that both fits your budget and your data needs.
