Verizon is the only game in town with decent service. When I started my business, I decided to move over to Verizon and it has been nothing but hassle. To start, it literally took over 40 hours of my time just to get set up as a customer for regular old personal cell service. Nothing crazy about the account, other than porting over my number, but several failed setups, wrong phones sent, finger pointing departments, and more time on hold than I need for a lifetime. Now I recieved a collections notice for a duplicate account I was told was closed 6 months ago. So now I spend another 8 hours on hold trying to get through to collections (magically those are the calls that get dropped over and over) to dispute the charge.
DO YOU NOT WANT ME AS A CUSTOMER?
Oh wow. I would be shocked too if I found out that I had a collection account. I would love to help get this straighten out. Please meet me in a private message. -Amber
