What changed with the customer service policy at Verizon recently? I lost wireless service at a residential address directly after a storm, this has happened in the past and customer service actually sent a tech to fix the issue. Now they claim service is marginal in my area and will not fix the problem, will they tell me the price of an AT&T contract next?
