Is this a tablet or a phone? Is it officially supported by VZW? If it isn't an official VZW device it may not get full data speeds.

I love a good movie on my tablet too, Kentur54. How long has it been slow? If you have a Verizon Wireless smartphone, how is the speed on the phone?
On your tablet, click โStart Testing Speedโ in this link: http://openspeedtest.com/
What are your upload and download speeds? We also recommend resetting the network settings like this:

Is this the Verizon exclusive Asus ZenPad? Or some other tablet? Is it on your account with the $20 line access fee? What speed are you getting? And how much data has already been used on that line this bill cycle? After 22GB speed MAY be slowed based on the tower and how congested it is.

Yes it is the Asus Zen10 and there is the $20 service charge on my
statement. The link that was provided to check my speeds no longer works.

And is this app an app that allows you to stream digital content the proper way? You know, like Netflix and Hulu where you pay a monthly subscription that helps avoid copyright infringement? Or is this an app that streams peer to peer stuff that you don't own or didn't pay for?

KENTURE54,
We want to make sure you're able to keep connected at all times with great speeds. Can you try a speed test at http://bit.ly/1AvQJTP and see what speeds you receive? Is this only an issue on this steaming app or for all data?

KENTUR54, thanks for clarifying for us. I want to rule out other possibilities. Are you able to stream videos on other applications just fine? Is the application you are using to watch movies updated?
