I don't know how to private message on this site. I tried searching for how to do it but...that didn't help me find anything so I guess I'll be calling customer service again. I'm happy that the phone is finally being shipped but I'm concerned because I told them I wanted to canceled the service on Monday and now out of nowhere it's being shipped to me. I find that to be kind of stretchy like they didn't want to lose my service so they just shipped me a phone after I said I wanted to canceled. I don't know if I should be mad or happy. I still love Verizon excellent services but this situation is making me extremely mad.

You have to follow the individual username of the rep using the steps outlined in the document.
