Will you please fix chat "E-mail Transcripts"?

I have asked a "chat associate" and they directed me to call 800 922 0204. The VZW associate I talked to mentioned that they have the transcripts, but once the chat session has ended they can not give those transcripts out. I requested the transcripts be e-mailed to me before the chat window was closed. I would like for the link to be fixed, and if possible, for VZW to send me the previously requested chat transcripts for my personal records. There is no dialogue box to notify us (the user) that the e-mails failed to send. I have tried with multiple e-mail hosts & checked my spam/junk folders. I have resorted to copy & pasting the transcript text into a word document and saving it that way. I have had this feature work before and having a copy of the dialogue is very beneficial when talking to a different associate every time. I sometimes prefer chatting with your representatives FOR this feature, as it simplifies obtaining records of  discussions for myself.

Hi anangelablaze,

I was wondering if you ever had any luck getting your transcipt.  I also checked the box to have my transcript sent and did not receive it and am now having a dispute.  If you did get it could you tell me how you went about it.
