Hello! I have been a very loyal Verizon customer for a long time. However, I have noticed worsening cell service around my town in NH, to the point where I have no service when I’m driving and using my GPS. I have dropped multiple calls as well. I am not sure what happened to Verizon, but this is terrible. The towers need to be updated (if they ever will be?). I did a trial on T-Mobile (dial Sim iPhone) and their service was by far better. I had service and fast internet without any dropped calls. If this doesn’t change by the fall, I will have no choice but to switch.

Outdoors. It’s 03833. Most of the town has either slow service or no service.

Thanks for sharing those details with us, al11687. I did take a look at the coverage in the area and I see that there is mostly LTE (4G), and some 5G in the area expected. I think we will need to take a closer look into this given the experience you've described. Please be on the lookout for a private message from us so we can gather some more specific details.

This is consistent across much of the state. For example i work near exit 20 off I93 and often i have 3 out of 4 bars and frequently get no internet connection errors. I have intermittent issues around Laconia and recently had internet errors in Hooksett near SNHU. Interesting enough I had great internet speeds in rural northern NH and Maine during a vacation. This is with two different phones.
