Ok back in October I ordered a I-phone 6 when they was offering a $200 rebate on a trade in for your old I-phone.
After about a week & a half I still had no new phone, so we called them back to find out where my phone was. At that time we were told that
they had cancelled our order. Ok so we reordered the phone to be told the phone would not ship for two weeks, after 3 weeks still no phone.
So now we are in November and are told that order had been cancelled too. We was given no reason why. At that time our other phone was
ready for upgrade too. So we ordered 2 I-phones and was told those phone would ship in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks NO PHONES. So we called back
to find out that they too had been CANCELLED by the fraud debt. That we had ordered over five phones. So than we had to deal with the fraud
dept. the credit debt. Tech support and than back to customer support to reorder our phones again. Was told at time the phones would ship on Dec 5th.
On Dec 11th we called them back to find out that order too had been CANCELLED. Because after 4 days after shipping date all orders are cancelled by the fraud dept. Ok now we was pissed off. We spent almost 2 hrs on the phone trying to find out what was going on. But no one knew what was going on.
So on Dec 12 we re-order the phones again for the forth or fifth time to be told sorry for all the problems we was having getting our phones and they would ship our phones over night and we would have them on Saturday Dec 12. Guess what NO phones on Saturday. So I call to find out what the hell is going
on to find out that they don't ship over night after 7 pm on Friday , but our order went in before 7pm. Then come to find out that our order was not for 2 phones but for one. So had to reorder the other phone again. Now we are being told our phones will ship on Monday the 14th and we should have them
by Wednesday Dec 17. We have been with Verizon for over twenty years and have never had problem with them. But this is just UNACCEPTABLE.
Three months to get new phones is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
Just want to know if anyone else has this kind of problem getting new phones and WHO do I file a complaint with?

This just happened to me to over the span of 4 days, countless times i uploaded everything from my w2 a lease a selfie my id you name it to just have my application cancelled. This is the short version. I am filing a BBB complaint and also wish to file a complaint against verizon also. It feels like someone in that dept is stealing ID because there is no way that they couldnt say I am who i say i am. This dept needs a serious overhaul. 4 days and countless hours of my time wasted. I am not comfortable with the amount of sensitive info i uploaded to be told it couldnt be found and then denied anyways by them. I would go in store, but the phones i want arent in a store closer then a half hr away, and i work close to 50-55 hrs a week. I was using online for the convenience, only to be met with issue after issue due to your fraud dept not wanting to do thier job, and it feels like blatent harassment. I was getting 3 new lines, numbers ported in also. I would like to know where we file consumer complaints because this is unheard of. I have never in my life gone through anything like this for a phone, only to be denied even though i jumped through every hoop that was asked of me. Do better Verizon
