You Took Auto Pay Away From Me

I am beyond irritated. I've used auto pay for years. And you took it away. I don't want to use my checking account. I'm not signing up for another credit card I do not need. I want to keep using my Citi American Airlines AAdvantage Mastercard to keep earning miles - AND not have to manually pay my bill every month.

But now...since you've taken auto pay away from me...it's one more thing I have to think about every month. So I turned paper billing back on. Because why not? I have no incentive to be paperless. You're not giving me a discount to do otherwise. So...you can remind me with paper every month. Because I will keep using the same card I've been using to earn travel rewards.
