You’re coverage is horrible

I recently switched from Cricket wireless to Verizon, and I’m shocked at how bad this service is. Despite the coverage map showing coverage at my house I get zero signal here, and at work I have to stand by the door to pick up any signal. Outside I get a weak 5g signal, inside I can’t make a call, get a text or anything. How is it that this wasn’t an issue with Crickets budget phone service but a national big company can’t provide the same service?? And they didn’t bother to tell me that I only had 7 days to cancel until after the first week was up, so I’m stuck with this horrendous service for 2 years…..
