I spent about 2 hours on the weekend with your chat service. Redid my plan and on Monday you cut off my service! Horrible. I am switching back to T-Mobile. Why anyone things Verizon actually has good service is beyond me. My normal bill for 4 lines was way too high. And I am still on the phone trying to leave. You really need to improve service. pricey and hidden costs.

Your lines must be active to port them out. The only reason i know for service cut off, is suspension, usually due to non payment.

If you your bill was higher than expected. It doesn't excuse a customer from not paying the bill. If you didn't pay the bill then you got suspended for non payment. Only way to avoided that would he to setup a payment arrangement before you get suspended. Regardless when there is a billing issue, you can always call customer service or financial care about it.

I'm really disappointed to see you have put so much of your valuable time on the phone, JOSTAT22. I realize that getting the best deal on your wireless service is vital and don't want to see you leave Verizon Wireless.

Hidden costs? You mean like how T-Mobile hides costs and taxes into what they charge while Verizon has it clearly visible on your billing statement? I'm loving the irony.
