when I initially set up this Verizon account it was because a guy worked for ya and lived by me and he convinced me to come in and get some stuff. He reassured me all the stuff was  virtually free as I exchanged an old prepaid iPhone and he would pay the bill. He texted me on Snapchat for months after the first time he didn’t pay it. 

Now, I’ve gone into a store in Henderson Ky and unannounced to me someone got themselves some stuff on my account! I wondered why I needed all this info and ID to pay my bill… 

I’ve paid thousands trying to keep up now and I’m so frustrated!

Let's figure out what's been going on with those orders you never placed. Have you filed a police report or spoken to the Fraud Prevention Team? If not, I recommend filling out a fraud form here: https://www.verizon.com/about/account-security/file-a-fraud-claim
