agent offered me a new plan

I’m trying to get help related to a previous chat that occurred when I ordered a new phone and the agent offered me a new plan to help decrease my monthly bill. I asked if I would be losing features and was assured everything would stay the same, which is the only reason I agreed. Now, I’m finding out I’ve lost my Disney+ subscription, my mobile hotspot, bandwidth and who knows what else. I’ve chatted now with multiple agents it appears this chat convo has magically disappeared into thin air and no one has access to see it or reference it. I need help with this. If this matter is not solved in a timely manner I will take it to the BBB and cancel/switch my service to another provider. Being lied to just so an agent can make a sale isn’t the customer friendly service I’ve had from Verizon and not what I expected to happen.
