we live in the vicinity of Droyers Point Blvd and Cypress street in Jersey City, NJ 07305. and have a verizon phone/account
Recently service has been terrible. Dropped calls, calls not going thr.
This is unaceptable and has never happened before. Phone is unusable!
Please fix and advise.
