i was allegedly sent a new phone i didn't order and never received.....i have been back and forth with Verizon and in between being left on hold for hours and then having new person come on line and act like i just called...to being blatantly hung up on....to being told the only way to keep my service on is to make a fraudulent police report saying i was fraud victim and phone was stolen even though i have no idea where there phone went....I have been charged over $1500 for this extra line and my service has just been shut off again due to me being unwilling to pay for something i do not have.I have been with Verizon for 16 YEARS as a customer and i cant even believe that this is happening...I have gone as far as to go to apple and buy an unlocked new iPhone so i can switch to T MOBILE or AT&T....i honesty feel like the way they have treated me as a whole has been extremely disrespectful and being a 16 year customer i just dont understand

If someone used your account to buy a phone for themselves I would file a police report besides contacting the fraud department. You should check your credit cards and stuff as you may have had your identity stolen.
