Why did cell phone coverage fail so badly during last night's power outage after a plane hit a power line tower? Isn't that when coverage is most important? Why are we paying so much for #verizonwireless when it isn't there when you really need it?
Could not even report the Verizon cell phone outage during that time. During a brief period when I could get a call out, called Verizon to report it and the automated message said to report it on the website. Cell phone internet was completely out.
