Did you get your credit yet ?  There are many of us in the July trade-ins thar haven’t had ours handled and the information is seriously lacking.  If they could say… we have 100000 phones and 20 people… then it would be better than nothing.  Meanwhile, my bill is continuing ….

I’ve suffered the same issue since June also. I talked to multiple reps and provided tracking confirmations and trade ID and still have not seen change in bill. Very painful process and time consuming that almost seems designed. Verizon ?

I strongly suggest you submit a complaint to the FCC and your state’s attorney general.   I believe Verizon is engaging in deceptive trade practices and that is illegal.

I am still dealing with a trade-in issue from July and have spent an astronomical number of hours working on this.     Here is a link to my original post on these boards that initiated a private chat with a sting of customer service representatives over several weeks.   I still have not reached a resolution and have been told they created a “ticket” and I should see it fixed in 24 hours.   I’m not holding my breath.
