customer service issue

I  would be a lifelong customer and just switched over to you all.  I'll leave as soon as humanly possible.  Your employees are incompetent and literally lie to avoid any kind of helpful information.  I've spent over 9 hours trying to work on an issue and no one is responsive or helpful.  I've been told someone will "Be in Touch".  AT&T here I come.

I just bought four phones & four new lines. Cannot receive phone calls or texts on 3 of them. 
called for help and was hung up on after an hour (the last 26 minutes on hold)

 then I took time off work and went into a store and was told they cannot help me, that I have to go to a corporate store. Seriously? (They had a huge VERIZON sign in their building and nothing else. 
it’s been 5 days without cell service. 
what a joke!!!!

MichaelPOC, we are concerned to learn that you are unable to use your new lines of service. We want to ensure that you are up and running as soon as possible. Let's gather some additional details so that we can investigate further. Did you new lines port numbers in from another carrier or are these brand new numbers? Are any services working on the new lines? What troubleshooting have we completed with you on these lines?
