degraded calls

in the last couple weeks, signal strength and call quality has degraded at my home location.  we don't usually have great service, but at least we can make/receive calls; just not lately.  where do I go to report this particular issue - 800 number?

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they open a trouble ticket to investigate the issue.
